ÖĞRETMENLER
Erboy Eğitim Kurumlarının eğitim kadrosunda Türk ve yabancı öğretmenler bulunmaktadır. Başlangıç seviyesinden itibaren Türk ve yabancı öğretmenlerle eğitim verilmektedir. Belirlenen oranlar dâhilinde her kura yabancı öğretmen girmektedir. Kurumumuzda çalışan Türk ve Yabancı öğretmenlerin seçiminde aranan ortak özellikler üniversite mezunu ( eğitim fakültesi ), formasyon eğitimi almış, tecrübeli olmalarıdır. Yabancı öğretmenlerde ise bunların dışında CELTA ve eş değerde bir öğretmenlik formasyonuna ( ana dili İngilizce olmayan birine İngilizce öğretebilme sertifikası ) sahip anadili İngilizce olan öğretmenler tercih edilir.
Bütün bunların dışında iki ay alıştırma eğitimini başarıyla tamamlayan öğretmenlerimiz kurumumuzda çalışmaya hak kazanırlar.

Kurumumuzda okutulan kitaplar Headway yayınları ( ders ve ödev kitabı şeklinde iki kitap)olup dört set bitirilir. Kitapların dışında öğrencilerimize fotokopi , cd gibi materyallerde destek olarak verilir. Bütün bunlar kurumumuz tarafından ücretsiz sağlanmaktadır.

AKTİVİTELER
* 540 saatlik eğitim programının dışındaki saatlerde işlenilen derslerin bir tekrarı ve yoğunlukla pratiğe yönelik yapılan çalışmalardır. Öğrencilerimiz ders saatleri haricinde belirli bir kısıtlama olmaksızın bu çalışmalara katılabilirler.
* Conversation; tamamı yabancı öğretmenler gözetiminde, ders haricindeki konular hakkında, tamamen konuşma akıcılığını ve anlamayı geliştirmeye yönelik yapılan derslerdir.
* Grammar; normal ders saatlerindeki gramer haricinde Türk rehber öğretmeler tarafından yapılan derslerdir.
* Vocabulary; her kur öğrencileri için kelime bilgisini ilerletmek amacıyla yapılan derslerdir.
* Writing; Erboy Eğitim kurumlarının yurt dışındaki bağlantılı kurumlarla internet üzerinden bağlanıp oradaki yabancı öğrencilerle pratikler yaparak belirli bir hızda anlama ve yazma becerisini geliştirmeye yönelik yapılan çalışmalardır.

Eğitim dışındaki bu bir kısıtlama olmaksızın yararlanılabilinir. Bu aktiviteler haftanın yedi günü devam eder ve her seviye için ayrı sınıflar oluşturulur.
SINIFLAR
Min 16 – Max 20 kişiden oluşmaktadır.
BAŞARI GARANTİSİ
540 saatlik İngilizce eğitimi içerisinde, üniteler ilerledikçe küçük sınavlar, kur ortasında ara sınav ( Quiz) )ve kur sonunda final sınavları ( progress ) yapılır ve bu sınavlar üzerinden öğrencilerden başarı istenir. Eğer öğrenci barajın altında kalmış ise derslere devam durumuna bakılır ve % 5'lik devamsızlık sınırını aşmamışsa ve tüm sınavlara girip ödevlerini yapmışsa aynı kurun tekrarını ücretsiz almaya hak kazanır.

TANITIM DERSLERİ
Kurumumuzda her hafta cumartesi günleri saat: 17:30 ile 18:30 arasında İngilizce tanıtım dersleri düzenlenmekte olup bu derslere katılım ücretsizdir. Kurumumuza kayıt yaptırmadan önce bu derslere katılabilirsiniz.
HAFIZA TEKNİKLERİYLE İNGİLİZCE KELİME EZBERLEME
Bazı insanlar görerek öğrenmeyi tercih ederken, bazıları duymayı, bazıları da uygulayarak öğrenmeyi tercih etmektedir. Ancak, görsel, işitsel ve fiziksel hareket gibi tüm farklı tercihleri birleştiren bir öğrenme şekli en iyi sonuçları vermektedir. Geleneksel yabancı kelime öğrenme metotları çoğunlukla ağırlığı okuma ve yazma faaliyetlerine vermektedir. Ayrıca kullanılan alışılmış metotlar daha çok analitik ve mantıksal özelliklere ağırlık vererek beynin sadece sol lop fonksiyonlarını uyarmaktadır. Halbuki şekillerle, ritimle ve müzikle ilgili olan beynin diğer yarısı daha hızlı çalışmaktadır. Geleneksel yöntemler beynin sağ lop fonksiyonlarını hemen, hemen hiç kullanmamaktadır.Bu eğitimde önerilen sistem beynin her iki lobundaki birçok farklı bölgeyi aynı anda uyararak, yabancı kelimeleri adeta beynin içine kilitleyerek kalıcı hafızaya yerleştirilmesini sağlamaktadır. Beynin birçok farklı bölgesi aynı anda uyarıldığı için yabancı kelime öğrenilmesi hızlı, kolay, kalıcı ve eğlenceli bir hale gelmektedir.
